Agricultural cooperation as a component

 of the agrarian reform

Abstract.Theworldpracticeof the cooperative movement has been proving high results of its economic and social functions for a century and a half. But creation of cooperatives is possible in society of the proper pre-conditions which carry public, political, legal, economic and psychological character. Taking into account the value of cooperatives in the decision of socio-economic tasks, there is an urgent necessity in development of Program of development of cooperation as parts of governmental agrarian policy in Ukraine.
