Abstract.Economic|economical| feasibilities of agrarian sector of Ukraine are not fully used. It is carried out economic|economical| reforms consistently and so far|as yet| did not provide|secures| the increase|rise| of efficiency and labour productivity. Volumes of production output, investments and technological level of agriculture go down. Hopes on that markets economic|economical| reforms will be instrumental|assists| in the rapid|quick,fast| revival of economy, were confirmed neither in Ukraine nor in most countries with a transitional economy.
