Abstract. The main objective of this study is to explore how perceived organizational culture (OC) influences employees’ work experience, with a particular focus on how this relationship differs across the institutional logics of the private, public, and non-profit sectors. The primary research (n = 708) examines the relationship between EX and OC among employees, using Morgan’s (2017) 17-item Employee Experience Scale (EXS) and the Competing Values Framework developed by Cameron and Quinn as the theoretical foundation of the study. The analysis was conducted using SPSS and R statistical software, primarily applying multivariate linear regression methods alongside additional related statistical tests. The results of the research demonstrate that the impact of different organizational cultures on the dimensions of employee experience varies across sectors. Consequently, organizations need to develop sector-specific strategies to improve employee experience and better align organizational culture with employee expectations and workplace needs.
